                                                          Heirloom Banana Bread

This is one of my favorite breads to bake it's simple, easy and really yummy

1/2 cup soft butter 

1 cup sugar

2 eggs 

 2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup mashed bananas/ 2-3 large bananas 

Cinnamon or pumpkin spice 

Oatmeal  

 I will be the first to admit I'm not one that separates the dry ingredients and liquid. Everything goes in the same pot aka Kitchen Aid. Mix on low until everything is blended. I tend to always add a dash of cinnamon  or pumpkin spice.

Pour into a greased 5x9 inch loaf pan and top with oatmeal and some extra cinnamon or pumpkin spice. Bake at 350 until it passes the knife test. Around an hour and 15min
